HyggeCave - have contracts with multiple manufacturers (suppliers) around the world, the shipping time may vary depending on the product selected, you can find this information within description of each product, all shipping to the continental U.S in business days. Due to major shipping company policies, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Lead time 1-3 business days.

We want you to fall in love with all of your Hygge Cave products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at immediately and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

- Items shipped from, can be returned within 30 days of purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

- If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We value our customers, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, and 30 days have gone, we can offer you discount or a gift card, please contact us at

Oops!  I entered the wrong shipping address for my decor Now what?

We are sorry that this happened, and we have definitely been there.  We understand that mistakes happen, and we want to do whatever we can to get your home decor to you ASAP!

However, we are asking you, the customer, to understand that we are a small business and every time we have to re-ship your order we end up losing money on the sale.  Not just losing profit, but losing money.  We would like our customers to review and please be understanding of the following policy:

If you have made an error in entering your address, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned-to-sender.

The other option would be to refund your order, without «returned-to-sender» less our cost of shipping and a 50% penalty, because we cannot restock it.  

This policy is not our preference, nor is it our first choice.  However, the simplest solution to this problem is to carefully enter and review your address as you are placing your order.  If you realize there is a problem with your address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we would be happy to fix it!  Thank you again for your business, we are thrilled to work together with our customers to get them best home decor, as quickly and efficiently as possible!

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
