We work directly with a network of global suppliers. Because of this, delivery times may vary by product.
Estimated delivery times are listed on each product page.
Shipping is available within the continental United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
Proof of purchase is required. Do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Personal care items

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a few business days.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Incorrect Shipping Address
If an incorrect address is provided, contact us immediately.
If the order has already shipped and is returned to sender:
- Re-shipping costs will be invoiced to the customer
If a refund is requested after shipment:
- Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
