MOROCCAN COOKING TAGINE
If it's not broken, don't fix it.
Tagines serve as both the cooking vessel and serving dish, allowing food to carmelize while cooking to stay warm for longer when serving. Each of our tagines is handmade out of terracotta and finished with lead-free glaze, and include recipes and care instructions. Moroccan tradition is to gather around and eat communally from the tagine. The effect of removing the lid of a tagine is simply grandiose.
We recommend to hand-wash due to the porous nature of the terracotta. It is normal to see fine feathering cracks in the glaze.
